Status

The residential portion of the Canyon Ridge PUD is now called Hillside Condominiums and is under construction.
The retail/office portion is now called Ladera Bend and is under construction.

2222CONA representatives continue to work with the developer and City staff to ensure that sidewalks will allow Jester Estates residents pedestrian access to the center, and that the agreements specified by the public and private Restrictive Covenants and Conditional Overlays are adhered to during construction.
